Advisor to domestic and foreign corporate clients from various industries. Provides legal assistance on a wide range of issues related to ICT, financing, competition, public procurement and corporate matters. Regularly advises clients on all aspects of general corporate matters, cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Gained experience also in the field of data protection and real estate.
Participated in complex due diligence projects which comprised question of financing, environmental protection, market regulation and corporate governance. Drafter and negotiator of contracts and supporting contractual documentation mainly in relation to real estate (acquisition, sale, lease and construction) and ICT (development and provision of software, licenses). Representation of clients in civil and administrative court proceedings. Counsel to public authorities on public procurement questions. Member of the team advising the State on the public procurement project for the Bratislava zero bypass (Project D4/R7).
Attorney at law. Member of the Slovak Bar Association. Further specialist qualifications in data protection and privacy rights. With MPH since 2016. Previous professional engagement as Junior Associate and Associate in a major law firm operating within the Czech and Slovak market. Gained expertise in enforcement proceedings during her practice at a bailiff’s office. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Pan European University (Bratislava, the Slovak Republic). Gained a degree in economics, marketing and strategic planning at the Comenius University (Bratislava, the Slovak Republic). Additional knowledge on European Union law gained at the University of Malta.
Speaker at conferences and seminars on ICT law and data protection. Author of legal articles published in professional and business periodicals and journals.
