Labour Law 4.0 – Implications for SMEs: Focus Germany-Luxembourg

3. September 2020
09:00 - 18:00

IHK Trier
Herzogenbuscher Straße 12
54292 Trier

The Internet is now firmly anchored in the digital working environment. Work processes are changing drastically and with them national and international labour law.

Whether working hours, place of work, co-determination or crowdworking: the world of work is undergoing rapid digital change. This change is determined by increasing digitalisation and flexibilisation. Traditional forms of work are being replaced by virtual teams, matrix structures, agile forms of work and decentralised working.

For many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), however, it is still challenging to anchor the digital working world in everyday business life. In order to avoid costly mistakes in particularly dynamic labour law, SMEs should therefore familiarise themselves with the challenges but also the opportunities of the digital working environment.

This workshop gives you an overview of the most important topics and offers you support in finding the right path in the transformation for your organisation and avoiding legal pitfalls.
