Focusing on Corporate M&A and Employment practices, Andrei has been involved in high profile M&A transactions and advised clients on a broad range of restructuring matters. Substantial experience handling a wide range of employment matters such as transfer of personnel, collective and individual dismissals and termination of employment agreements, restructuring and TUPE issues for mergers & acquisitions transactions, as well as drafting and implementation of HR policies.

Andrei has written articles, participated as speaker to various webinars, carried out online trainings and developed a large number of policies for the firm’s clients, concerning remote working, as well as the return to office after the state of alert.

In 2020 Andrei was member of our team of trainers who provided certain law courses for 4th year students at The Entrepreneurship Academy, a BBA program in business management and entrepreneurship.
