She is also well versed in the related segment of construction law. In addition to advising the private sector, she has legal experience in contractual relations for a major public sector entity.

As an added bonus, she mastered the application of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and public procurement processes.

Tax law is also one of her specialities. She advises her clients on tax regulations and their correct application. Due to her experience, she is the first port of call for her clients in tax audit representation, where she provides a comprehensive legal representation from the initial analysis of the submitted documents to the application of the client’s rights in tax proceedings.

This experience led Sonia to criminal lawsuits, where she gained additional expertise in tax crimes or representing clients related to white-collar crimes or corruption offences.

She advises corporate clients as victims in criminal lawsuits.

Clients court representation is her priority, including complex litigation concerning claims of public sector entities, in all court instances.

She regularly analyses issues relating to consumer finance and consumer protection.

In this area, she assists clients in the consumer finance segment in the development and modification of their internal processes and in the incorporation of legislative changes into their contractual documentation.
