From one crisis to the next! The aftermath of the Corona pandemic has not yet been overcome, and the next dark clouds are gathering on the horizon with rising energy and raw material prices, the Ukraine war, supply chain bottlenecks, a shortage of skilled workers and an inflation trend that has almost been forgotten.

For German companies, the economic environment is and remains a challenge in which tried and tested processes and planning no longer function as simply as before, but must be adapted to the current circumstances and developments almost daily and readjusted accordingly.

In addition to active liquidity and risk management, an efficient and flexible organisation of the company is essential in order to be able to react quickly to any imponderables. However, many companies – fuelled by government support programmes – failed to “weatherproof” their organisation during the pandemic period in order to be well prepared and able to act in the current crisis. But even now it is not too late to set the course.

Our experts will tell you from their practical experience how you can, in particular

  • quickly identify automation potential and existing inefficiencies in your existing organisation, evaluate them financially and consistently implement or eliminate them;
  • achieve flexibility and cost-cutting effects for your company in the short term, even without staff reductions;
  • can significantly reduce severance costs in the event of a necessary staff reduction through innovative social plan design;
  • mobilise those employees you wish to part with in a targeted manner within the framework of staff reduction measures – also with the help of a transfer company – and, conversely, retain top performers;
  • Restructuring – but the right way!

Join us online on Thursday, 26 January 2023 from 16:00-17:00 as our distinguished panel takes a practical look at the following topics, among others:
