Luca Geninatti Satè is full professor of Public Law by national scientific qualification and is currently associate professor of the same subject at the University of Eastern Piedmont, where he also teaches Regional Law. Luca is also founding partner of lgpa | avvocati a law firm specialized in public law. He has an extensive experience in administrative and public law, assisting public administrations and public companies in matters of concessions and tenders, infrastructure, project finance. He also advises public and private companies in the field of public utilities, with particular reference to the integrated water service, waste management service, gas distribution, district heating and local public transport, as well as in energy law, having taken part in major operations of development, financing and acquisition of renewable energy plants and having assisted in the most important energy efficiency operations through EPC contracts. Luca is also an expert in environmental law, with particular regard to the remediation of polluted sites, the structuring of environmental guarantees and compensation for environmental damage.
