act legal Netherlands advises Nedstede Group, a Dutch real estate investor, on the purchase of the Gelredome stadium complex in Arnhem, The Netherlands. A settlement was reached after proceedings. The transaction value was € 13,75 million.
The Gelredome, home of football team Vitesse, is a multifunctional event complex including 3,5 ha of land. The stadium has capacity for 41,000 and welcomes annually over 1 million visitors.
