Aleksander focuses his practice on real estate law, with a strong emphasis on office and commercial leases. His professional experience comes from boutique and BigLaw firms, as well as legal departments of companies operating in the real estate industry. Over the course of his professional career, he has advised on real estate transactions, real estate agency agreements, a wide range of asset/portfolio management matters, construction works agreements, and agreements with various parties involved in investment processes (incl. designers and architects). He comprehensively handled the legal side of implementation of a new co-working model into the Polish market, incl. preparation of all documents required to conduct operations and enter into agreements with clients. Aleksander has also consulted on multiple issues of debt securities, primarily for the purpose of financing development projects.
