Germany: After the corona crisis: Many attempts to compensate for damage can be expected.

For many companies, the result for the 2020 financial year will turn out to be much worse than expected because earnings are simply missing for weeks and months. Suppliers, customers or the company itself were either paralyzed by the Corona crisis or at least disrupted the corresponding services.

By the end of the year, many companies will find that there are significant gaps in the cash register compared to the 2020 planning. These companies will therefore, also driven by the shareholders with a view to their profit distribution, look where they can compensate for lost sales. Therefore, it will certainly be the case that many companies will turn to the business partners who they consider to be unreliable, i.e. the suppliers who were unable to perform consistently and the customers who did not properly accept and pay for the services.

The compensation cases will therefore increase significantly in the second half of the year 2020, especially towards the end of the year.
