Your main responsibilities will include

• Advising on national and international small and mid cap transactions on both the buy and sell side for private equity investors and strategic acquirers
• Supporting buy and build strategies
• Advising on distressed transactions
• Working on complex, often cross border projects

Your profile

• Above average legal qualifications combined with strong commercial awareness
• Proven interest in Private Equity / M&A in an international working environment
• Excellent, business fluent English skills
• High level of commitment, entrepreneurial mindset and a precise working style
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively at the highest professional level
