Are you a specialist in franchise law with at least 8 years of experience, and accustomed to both advisory work and litigation? Then we have a very interesting position.

act legal, based in Amsterdam, specialises in real estate and corporate law and holds a leading position in the retail, real estate, and hotels & leisure sectors.

Our team represents both franchisors and (associations of) franchisees and has a strong position in the retail sector. As a lawyer, you will work within the Real Estate practice group. The Real Estate team consists of more than fifteen lawyers who advise and litigate on all aspects of real estate law.

You are specialised in franchise law, have affinity with real estate law, and possess a substantial track record in advisory work and litigation. You are a sharp legal mind and an excellent advocate. For clients, you act as a relationship manager and you are constantly looking to expand your client network. Your practice management is careful and efficient; in short, you are an ambitious entrepreneur.
