Alin Toma is a dispute resolution lawyer with a strong focus on administrative and urban planning law. As a PhD candidate in Administrative Law at the University of Bucharest, he combines academic excellence with practical litigation experience. He has assisted and represented multinational corporations, major retailers, and public authorities in complex disputes involving administrative law, urban planning, real estate, and labor law. Alin Toma has pleaded before Romanian courts at multiple levels and has been involved in regulatory disputes concerning building permits, urban planning matters, and public procurement. Beyond litigation, he is actively engaged in legal research and has co-authored several articles on urban planning, renewable energy investments, and administrative litigation.
