Patrick Prenner practices in the areas of insurance, real estate and corporate law. Due to more than four years of experience in the legal department of a major Austrian insurance company, he has specialised knowledge in the field of insurance contract law, insurance supervisory law and corprate law. He regularly represents clients in and out of court, in particular concerning insurance, tenancy and liability law. Further, he provides support in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and various corporate law measures.
