Mirre Vermeer specialises in all aspects of commercial real estate, with particular expertise in real estate law, lease law, construction law, and contract law. She advises clients on acquisitions and disposals, and represents them in related disputes. Her practice includes both domestic and international clients, such as real estate investors, property managers, project developers, and other stakeholders active in the real estate sector. Mirre represents these parties in proceedings before courts, courts of appeal, and arbitration institutes. She is also frequently involved in real estate transactions and in drafting lease and purchase agreements.
