Founding partner of ALEDRA, he has practised law since 1983 and was a founding partner and director of the firm Colón de Carvajal Abogados (1985-2019). He is an expert negotiator and stands out for his ability to design and implement effective legal strategies. He is the secretary of the boards of directors of several companies and business organisations in the energy, insurance, agrifood, distribution and logistics sectors as well as educational institutions and also acts as a bankruptcy administrator and expert in corporate law, merger and acquisition processes, and corporate disputes.
