Dejan manages the Corporate and Commercial Law Department. Dejan specialises in all aspects of IT law, ecommerce, corporate governance, changes to form of incorporation and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and joint venture and privatisation. He advises clients on corporate governance arrangements, especially when negotiating and concluding important transactions, including legal due diligence.
