Highly specialised in economic and employment criminal law, she advises individuals and corporate entities in the defence of their interests both in the pre-litigation phase, and in contentious proceedings within the criminal jurisdiction. As a compliance expert, she has implemented numerous compliance programmes. She has also tailored adaptations to national requirements of programmes and policies of international companies operating in our country. She also participates in the assistance with certifications, internal investigations within the business sphere, and the implementation and management of reporting channels that are proportionate and tailored to the needs and structure of each client.
