act legal firm ŘANDA HAVEL LEGAL, under the leadership of Tomáš Rydvan and Matyáš Kužela, represented the American investment group Blackstone in connection with its sale of the Hilton Prague Old Town hotel and the adjoining Gestin Centrumbuilding to M&L Hospitality Trust.

Blackstone – one of the worldˈs largest investment firms with over $361 billion of assets under management – sold the five-star Hilton Prague Old Town hotel and adjoining Gestin Centrum building to the international real estate investment company M&L Hospitality Trust, which focuses on investments in hotels.
