Anna consults on commercial and civil law, with special focus on corporate advice. She has participated in company mergers (incl. cross-border ones), divisions and conversions, as well as numerous due diligence audits, handling mostly corporate issues. The scope of her professional interests also covers contract law, criminal business law and procedural law. Anna brings to the team extensive experience gained at Polish and international law firms (incl. a law firm that is the legal arm of one of the “Big Four” companies), as well as public administration. She has also been lending a hand to non-government organizations, for example, by offering legal advice on migration and refugee law to foreigners.
