Over the years she has participated in several projects related to the acquisition and restructuring of companies, as well as to waste management and proper functioning of non-profit legal persons and have accumulated significant experience in legal research, drafting of legal documents and client representation. Another focus of her work is aimed at advising domestic and international clients regarding a broad range of corporate matters and foreign investments, including corporate structuring, incorporation, management and employment matters.
