Since 1981, he has been involved in more than 1,500 civil, commercial, contentious-administrative, criminal, and labour proceedings in Spain, Switzerland, and France, as well as in multiple commercial and corporate operations of all kinds. He has also an extensive experience in agency, distribution, and franchise contracts as well as M&As, corporate law, insurance, and civil and commercial procurement in general.
