He has experience in bankruptcy proceedings, having served as both a trustee and as a legal representative of creditors. He has represented both individuals and companies at every stage of the bankruptcy process, from the filing of the bankruptcy petition to the discharge stage. He previously worked in the bankruptcy department at Altamira and in the bankruptcy and procedural department at KPMG Abogados. There, he provided legal representation in a wide range of litigations, from those concerning breaches of contract, corporate conflicts, construction defects, and unfair competition to legal disputes arising from non-compliance with agency and distribution contracts, among others, for clients in different fields.
