More than 15 years of experience advising on cross-border transactions in the field of commercial and corporate law, focusing on intellectual and industrial property, media, telecommunications, technology, data protection, and competition law. She was a partner for more than 10 years at a boutique law firm in Brazil, representing top companies in the communications and telecom sector in Latin America, including the Globo group companies and the telecommunications company Claro (part of the América Móvil group). She is authorised to practice law in Spain (as an EU lawyer), Brazil, and Portugal.
