Karolina specialises in real estate law. She deals with real estate acquisition and sale transactions, analysis of the legal and actual status of real estate, and lease agreements. Currently, her main field of professional interest is advisory on commercial real estate transactions, in particular the conclusion of lease agreements for retail, office and warehouse space. Prior to joining the act BSWW team, Karolina worked in law firms practising real estate law. Karolina graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where she defended her master’s thesis on the control of business concentration in commercial transactions. She is currently serving her legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
