Graduated form Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Tsing Hua University, he attended several general shareholders’ meetings and supported the team in various commercial operations, such as financing rounds, due diligence, and corporate restructuring processes. He has experience in the establishment of Economic Interest Groups and trading companies as well as in secretariat duties for corporate administrative bodies, including attendance at general shareholders' meetings. He also has been part of advisory teams for the drafting of commercial contracts, share purschase agreements, and partner agreements.
