He is experienced in the areas of Corporate, MA, and Transactions, where he advises companies (domestic and international) in processes to acquire or sell all or part of their share capital as well as in restructuring processes. He has also participated in multiple venture capital operations, supporting and advising entrepreneurs, start-ups, and investors, as the case may be, from the pre-seed and seed stages to the growth and exit phases, facilitating the structuring and scaling up of projects until they are consolidated in the market.
