Rafał specializes in tax advisory services, in particular on corporate income tax and value added tax, providing legal assistance to local and international clients on a daily basis. He has gained experience working as a Senior Associate in large Polish law firms and in an international consulting firm, where he was responsible for day-to-day tax advice, participated in transactional projects, including tax due diligence, and represented clients in proceedings before tax authorities and courts. He is a graduate of the School of Spanish and European Law organised by the Universidad de Castilla-la Mancha and the University of Warsaw.
