Andrzej Ejmont

Andrzej Ejmont specializes in real estate law, with particular emphasis on the leasing of office, warehouse, and commercial spaces. He started his career as a lawyer by advising Polish and foreign residential developers, as well as foreign developers and investors in the office, warehouse, and commercial real estate markets. He has experience in preparing and executing financing and refinancing transactions for real estate projects and in providing security-related services. Andrzej has participated in projects involving acquisition and sale of real estate, as well as provided services in other stages of the investment process, including negotiating contracts with architects and general contractors, property managers, and entities providing technical property services. He has advised on international restructuring of a group of companies, ongoing corporate matters in of companies and in the area of employment law.
