A new approach to inclusive living

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Hoffnungshaus® Ingelheim project marks the start of an important initiative for affordable and inclusive housing. Boehringer Ingelheim is providing the land and covering the construction costs, thereby sending a strong signal for social participation and sustainable neighborhood development in Ingelheim. The Hoffnungsträger Foundation is responsible for project development and subsequent operation. The city of Ingelheim and the district of Mainz-Bingen will support the project with subsidies after completion. Handover of the building is planned for the end of 2026.
