Tomáš Slabý named a partner of act legal Czech Republic

Tomáš Slabý is new partner at act legal Czech Republic, ŘANDA HAVEL LEGAL.

Currently, Tomáš Slabý focuses on real estate law and construction, representing domestic and international clients in real estate transactions and investment projects in construction. He has extensive experience preparing and negotiating comprehensive contractual documentation, as well as with representing clients in permit proceedings before administrative bodies. Tomáš Slabý also represents clients in judicial and arbitration proceedings connected with real estate and construction. He speaks fluent English.

From the same date, Lucie Siebertová is a new asset for the legal team. She is Senior Associate, graduated from the Law Faculty at the Palacký University in Olomouc with a Masters of Law in 2012. In 2015, she received her Doctor of Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. Lucie speaks fluent English and German. Before joining ŘANDA HAVEL LEGAL, she worked in an international law firm for several years. Lucie currently focuses on real estate law, commercial law and dispute resolution.

Founding of „eSport-Bund Deutschland“ (ESBD) in the offices of act legal Germany

Congratulations to AC Tischendorf’s partner Dr. Fabian Laugwitz, MBA, LL.M. Eur, who is founding member and vice president of ESBD – we are wishing every success in this innovative sector!

The ESBD is an explicit sport association for the representation of interests of esport gamers, but also for the progress of accepting esports itself.

Dr. Fabian Laugwitz, MBA, LL.M. Eur. has graduated his MBA in Sports Management and builds up the area of sports law at AC Tischendorf.
