We celebrated twenty years! 

On Thursday, 4 June 2026, we marked a significant milestone — the twentieth anniversary of our Czech office.

Time flies. It has been twenty years since Martin Randa and Jan Havel founded the firm with a handful of clients and one audacious conviction: that they could build a law firm capable of competing at the highest level. It appears they succeeded. Today, we know what those twenty years were truly built on.

They were built on the trust and stories of our clients. Every mandate is an expression of that trust. Commitment we have never taken lightly. The most meaningful recognition cannot be found in any legal directory ranking. It is the client who has chosen to walk this road with us, and whom we repay with our unwavering loyalty.

They were built on the dedication and stories of our team. Colleagues who bring not only their expertise but a piece of themselves to every case. Young lawyers who joined us as trainees and today lead their own teams with confidence. And our administrative colleagues, without whom the lawyers simply could not function.

And they were built on the vision and story of act legal — the pan-European law firm project at whose founding we stood. One firm, one brand, 19 offices from Bucharest to Lisbon. A single point of contact and clear solutions for even the most complex cross-border matters.
