Andrej represents clients before law enforcement authorities, in court, bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings. As part of his legal practice, he has been involved in several complex projects for our major real estate clients. He successfully led the restructuring of one of the well-known outlet companies in the Slovak Republic.

Andrej’s clients include not only Real Estate clients but also major banks and leasing companies. He has also been involved in projects in energy, public procurement and criminal law.
He provides expert legal advice mainly in the areas of commercial law, civil law and insolvency law. His speciality is civil litigation, debt recovery, insolvency and restructuring.
Andrej worked for several years in the executor’s office and completed his legal practice in the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs. He regularly speaks at seminars and workshops about debt recovery. He is an active author of articles and publications in professional legal portals.
