The Real Estate department of act Aston Avocats supports and advises investors and funds, developers and construction companies, landowners, asset managers, as well as landlords and operators.
Expertise in land and/or real estate assets:
- Complex or traditional real estate transactions
- Audit and due diligence (VDD, etc.)
- Negotiation and drafting of documents related to acquisition/sale (asset deal or share deal); investments/disinvestments in real estate assets
- VEFA (sale in future state of completion)
- Notarial matters (title of ownership, volumetrics, land division, local urban development plan, condominium, pollution, easements, mortgage, etc.)
Development/construction projects:
- Structuring of real estate projects
- Negotiation and drafting of contracts for the development of real estate projects (real estate development agreement, construction contracts, General Conditions of Contract, etc.)
- Industrial site and/or significant land restructuring
- Real estate taxation in connection with the Tax | Incentives department
Management and operation of real estate assets
