Just six weeks after entering self-administration proceedings, the Zander Group has acquired the long-standing family business through an asset deal.

Thanks to the swift execution of the transaction, Wilhelm Rink GmbH & Co. KG – with its customer relationships built over more than a century – remains a reliable partner for trade, crafts, and industry.

The company name “RINK” will be retained, and all existing customer contracts, including warranties and guarantees, will continue seamlessly, ensuring uninterrupted supply to clients. In addition, the majority of jobs and sales locations will be preserved.
