Joanna Skibicka-Mroczyńska is a certified tax advisor (licence no. 12641) with over a decade of experience in providing comprehensive tax advisory services to both individual and corporate investors. In her work, she focuses on tax disputes and ongoing advisory services in the field of value added tax, income taxes, real estate tax and excise duty. She successfully represents taxpayers during tax audits, customs and fiscal audits, tax proceedings and before administrative courts. She has also participated in numerous restructuring projects, tax due diligence and tax reviews. She gained her previous professional experience at one of the Big Four companies and at leading Polish law firms and consulting companies.
