Philippe Latorre has been working with act legal France's Private Equity-M&A team since 2019. The shared ambition is to bring to the firm's clients his 30 years of experience in Private Equity, acquired at PAI Partners and then at Activa Capital as co-founding partner. Philippe is appointed Senior Advisor in 2020 to advise and share his experience of private equity transactions.
