Her main focus is the consultation of national and international companies in commercial real estate law, in real estate transactions, in commercial and corporate law issues such as drafting contracts, and in complex negotiation situations. Dr. Matthias Müller, MBA, attorney at law, is a partner at act AC Tischendorf | act legal Germany. He has the additional qualification of specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law. He advises numerous well-known domestic and foreign companies, investors and groups of companies in M&A transactions, joint ventures and in corporate law as well as in special and restructuring situations. Prior to joining ACT, Dr. Matthias Müller was a partner in one of the leading German commercial law firms in the areas of corporate law/M&A and restructuring/insolvency law as well as for two years Chief Financial Officer and Director Legal Affairs of an international wholesaler.
