Stanimira joined KDBM in 2008. She started in the energy sector where she gained solid knowledge of renewables (with focus on interconnecting procedures, offtake, energy supply and consumption agreements), being involved in every step of the investment process. Through the years she has been part of the life circle developments of different projects advising on various contracts, supporting negotiations, conducting due diligences. She has been responsible for a lot of corporate assignments such as capital and management restructuring, share purchase agreements, a few dissolving procedures.
