- Communicating with clients, courts and other parties by telephone and in writing
- Monitoring deadlines and priorities in collaboration with the lawyers
- Identifying bottlenecks and proactively contributing ideas for solutions
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced colleague who is well versed in the legal world and who can take the secretarial department to the next level. You recognise yourself in the following profile:
- You have at least a completed MBO-4 qualification in secretarial studies, law or a similar field, and demonstrable work experience in a similar role
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English
- Experience with case management is an advantage
- You work accurately and independently, and maintain a clear overview even under time pressure
- You are service-oriented and communicate fluently with solicitors, clients and authorities
- You are proficient in MS Office and feel at home in a digital working environment
- You are flexible, proactive and a true team player
What do we offer?
- A challenging and varied role at an ambitious law firm
- A gross monthly salary of between €2,951 and €4,514 (based on a 37.5-hour working week); pay scale determined by knowledge and experience. A 30-hour working week spread over 4 days is certainly negotiable.

- A close-knit, supportive team with scope for initiative and career progression
- An informal working atmosphere with fun activities: weekly boot camp, drinks and office outings
