Our disputes practice combines legal depth with a strong understanding of commercial realities and is often closely linked to transactions, restructurings and shareholder situations.<br><br>We represent clients before German courts, in arbitration proceedings and in alternative dispute resolution formats. Our team works in a modern, technology-driven environment and actively uses AI-supported tools in day-to-day legal work.
What you will work on
You will work on complex disputes and contentious situations across a broad range of matters, including:
- civil and commercial litigation before German courts
- real estate and construction disputes
- insolvency-related disputes
- fraud litigation involving allegations of fraud, breach of trust or other financial misconduct
- interim legal protection, asset tracing and enforcement measures
- national and international arbitration proceedings as well as ADR and mediation
- corporate defense and liability matters involving corporate bodies and companies
- post-merger disputes and shareholder conflicts
You will also contribute to the development of litigation strategies, settlement negotiations and litigation risk assessments, often in the context of transactions or restructuring situations.
Your profile
2–5 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution or fraud-related matters

strong interest in contentious work and procedural strategy

openness to working with AI-supported tools and legal tech solutions

good understanding of business and commercial contexts

structured, independent and client-focused working style
Applications from lawyers at an earlier stage of their careers are also welcome if they have a clear interest in litigation and fraud matters and wish to develop their expertise in this field
