As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the team to ensure these processes run smoothly and accurately. What you'll do

In a law firm, the billing process and accounts receivable management are critical to the business. Working closely with the team, you will play a key role in ensuring these processes run efficiently and accurately.

As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening matter files
  • Preparing, drafting, and issuing client invoices
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and contributing ideas for greater efficiency
  • Responding to administrative and billing-related queries from colleagues

  • A varied and engaging role for 30 hours per week, spread across four days, at an ambitious law firm.
  • A salary ranging from €1,883 to €2,941 based on a 30-hour workweek (€2,511 to €3,922 on a full-time basis), depending on your knowledge and experience
