The partner in Mercer’s European transformation team is one of the leading experts for HR strategies, employer branding and innovative recruiting. After studying media business, the successful consultant gained over 15 years of experience in strategic HR projects.
Dr. Thomas Block
The lawyer, MBA and partner of the renowned Frankfurt business law firm act AC Tischendorf Rechtsanwälte has the additional qualification of specialist lawyer for labour law as well as commercial and corporate law. The focus of his work is advising well-known German and foreign companies on all questions of individual and collective labour law as well as on matters of general commercial and data protection law.
The psychology graduate has been a manager in Mercer’s European transformation team since 2018. She specialised in culture, team and economic topics early on and leads international projects with large corporations. Her focus is always on people at the centre of all change.
The Manager Talent Acquisition at Catalent Pharma Solutions GmbH is responsible for the strategic planning and operative implementation of recruiting activities. He has held leading positions in international HR consultancies and led teams in various HR-related fields.
The expert joined Mercer in 2019 as a consultant in the field of HR transformation. Her degree in International Business with a focus on Human Resources and Organisation provides the ideal foundation for this job.
