Attorney at law

Harro Schulz studied at Leiden University and the University of Connecticut School of Law. He was sworn in as an attorney in 1997 and completed the post-graduate course in Mergers & Acquisitions at the Grotius Academy in 2002. Before joining act legal as a partner, Harro worked (as a partner) for several large international law firms.

Additional qualifications as a specialist in (cross border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance issues and corporate litigation.
