Katarzyna Marzec focuses her practice on real estate and construction law, advising clients on all types of real estate projects, with a strong focus on large commercial and office developments. She consults on construction projects and ongoing issues related to asset management. On top of that, she negotiates lease agreements for office commercial and warehouse space and the management of office, commercial and warehouse facilities. Katarzyna has conducted due diligence od numerous real properties, including those intended for construction of large retail and office buildings, as well as corporate due diligence of companies operating in the real estate sector. She has advised Polimex-Mostostal, the Strabag Group and the P3 Group on matters relating to the performance of construction contracts and design-build contracts drawn up according to FIDIC rules. She provides ongoing consultancy services to entities such as Globalworth, YIT Development and P3 in the area of cooperation with contractors, designers, supervisory inspectors and architectural and construction administration bodies, as well as potential tenants.
