PRESERVING VALUE: Nimbus acquires C+P division of CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER GROUP

act legal Germany advised Nimbus Group, a Netherlands-based investment firm specialising in the long-term and sustainable development of mid-sized industrial companies, on the acquisition of the C+P division of Christmann+Pfeifer Group including its subsidiaries. The construction division and the inter-company training center remain with Christmann+Pfeifer Group and under the ownership of the founding families.
Founded in 1925, Christmann+Pfeifer Group operates two independent business areas under a common holding: Steel construction and furnishing. The acquired furnishing division designs, manufactures, and sells steel lockers, cabinets and modular storage systems for changing rooms, workshops, and offices - serving various sectors such as industry, education, healthcare, fitness, and fire & rescue services. The existing management team, led by Tomas Kirschenfauth, and the C+P brand will remain in place following the acquisition. C+P headquartered in Breidenbach with plants in Gotha and Legnica (Poland), generates sales of around EUR 85 million and employs over 500 people.
