Duco specialises in insolvency law in the broad sense. He is regularly appointed as receiver by the District Court of Amsterdam and has worked in numerous bankruptcies, from small (startup) businesses up to leading international corporations. Duco also assists companies in financial distress, for example by restructuring debts or resolving a dispute with the bank.
