Duco van Dongen

Duco specialises in insolvency law in the broad sense. He is regularly appointed as receiver by the District Court of Amsterdam and has worked in numerous bankruptcies, from small (startup) businesses up to leading international corporations. Duco also assists companies in financial distress, for example by restructuring debts or resolving a dispute with the bank. In addition, Duco has extensive experience advising various (bank and non-bank) lenders and leasing companies, and regularly represents directors and supervisory board members in a wide range of (liability) matters.
