Nicole Six

Nicole is an expert in all aspects of Dutch employment law. She has a particular interest in collective labour law, restructuring and reorganisation, TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings) and works council law. In addition to litigating and resolving conflicts on behalf of employers, she represents various leading international companies and is qualified to act as a mediator in commercial and employment disputes. In her international practice, Nicole works with companies across various sectors, including retail, hospitality and leisure, real estate, and professional services.
