Radu Simion

Radu Simion is a Junior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team, assisting clients in civil and commercial litigation matters. Before joining act legal, Radu gained practical experience through internships with Romanian law firms and public institutions, working on civil litigation and matters involving contractual and tort liability, succession and family law. His responsibilities included legal research, case-law analysis, drafting legal documents and reviewing case files. His academic background in private law, combined with his practical exposure to litigation, provides a solid foundation for his developing dispute resolution practice. Beyond his legal practice, Radu has developed strong communication and public speaking skills through his involvement in academic initiatives, legal competitions and journalism. As a contributing editor at Radio România Brașov FM, he has gained experience in broadcasting, interviews and public discussions.
