Experienced Associate / Senior Associate | Public Procurement

We are looking for a confident and meticulous legal expert specialising in public procurement. Join us and become a key member of our team!

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • A university degree in law from the Czech Republic.
  • Passed the bar exam (if you are a lawyer).
  • Work experience in the field of public procurement
  • Attention to detail
  • An excellent English

WHAT WILL YOU BE DEALING WITH?

  • Preparing and organising public procurement tenders and other types of selection procedure not covered by the Public Procurement Act
  • Representing suppliers during the tender process, including a comprehensive review of bids
  • Representing clients in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition
  • Obtaining expert opinions and analyses
  • Providing training
